Whistling Wings of Western Pennsylvania is dedicated to the preservation, education and promotion of hunting as an integral part of waterfowl management. By providing knowledge, through volunteer efforts to established habitat management programs for resource managers, conservationists, and the public in order to enhance waterfowl populations while securing the future of waterfowling.
Chapter Goal......
Whistling Wings of Western Pennsylvania's goal is to promote waterfowl management, to increase public awareness on issues concerning waterfowl management and to conserve our natural resources.
Chapter Purpose.....
The purpose of Whistling Wings of Western Pennsylvania is to enhance waterfowl populations by establishing and maintaining a waterfowl nesting program; to form a collective membership of waterfowl hunters; and to promote family involvement in order to secure the future of waterfowl hunting in
